BATCH & TRACEABILITY

Connect the commercial lot to the approval record.

The product name, grade, lot reference, packaging and batch documents should remain connected from sample through receiving. Buyers should define their own incoming inspection, retention sample and deviation processes.

  • Lot and packaging identification
  • Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis
  • Document revision control
  • Complaint and investigation pathway
  • Change-notification expectations
  • Buyer-defined incoming checks
IMPORTANT SCOPE NOTE

Certification, regulatory suitability and market access are not assumed from general website language. Ask for written confirmation covering the exact ingredient or finished product, manufacturing route, site and destination before labels, claims or purchase approvals are finalized.
